The YAZ lawsuit Settlement, according to experts, depends on how extensive the effect was on a certain user. Despite that the case may have not reached a conclusion, the FDA announces that the settlement is faster if a relative has suffered a fatal injury or if a user had developed severe complications because of taking the pill.
